For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for Unstitched collections and 4-6 weeks for Formals and Bridals. International shipping times vary by destination, usually ranging from 7-10 working days after dispatch.
Do you offer customization for formal and bridal wear?
Yes, we offer customization for our Formal and Bridal collections. You can provide your specific measurements and request minor design alterations through our 'Custom Size' option or by contacting our bridal consultants via WhatsApp.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Bank Transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for domestic orders within Pakistan. For international customers, we offer secure checkout via Stripe and PayPal.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or the wrong size was sent. Please note that customized orders and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How can I track the status of my order?
