Faiza Saqlain Official strives to ensure customer satisfaction; however, we only accept exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Please note that custom-made orders and formal wear are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless a manufacturing fault is identified.
Initiate Request
Contact our customer care team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of any defects.
Quality Inspection
Our quality assurance team will review your request and verify the claim against our production standards to approve the exchange.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, pack the item in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the original invoice intact to ensure a smooth transition.
Dispatch and Replacement
Send the item back to our designated warehouse; upon receipt and final inspection, we will dispatch your replacement or issue a store credit.
